General Appearance: Makai stands at 7'2 foot making him taller than the average being. He has an athletic build yet retains muscle so he is know where near weak but the opposite. His ears and tails are pure black with red tips. he wears weighted torso clothing consisting off a fish net sleeved shirt, a long sleeved white shirt that is usually untucked and the top 3 buttons undone and messy, thrown over he wears a black cloak. he wears red jeans on his lower torso, white socks and black formal based shoes.
he has a tatto on his back that takes the shape of an eagle with a gun above it. A large hexagon like shape around it. and Cherry blossoms tattoed around the eagle with letters 'decimo' above it,
Normally he carries a guitar slung over his left shoulder and over his right a massive 4 bladed scythe with two blades on each side with a chain wrapped aroudn the scythe. This tends to scare most people off.
He wears four necklaces around his neck. One being a cross, the next the yin yan symbol, third the kanji for 'death' and fourth a heart with two swords through it.

Personality: makai tends to be a very cold person towards others. he generally dislikes crowds and prefers to be on his own. He usually holds an aura of death around his person. His eyes are generelly stone cold. But he loves to listen to music and sing. hwen he plays music or sings he generally becomes a gentle person. His entire personality will change. Once he's been around someone for a while he'll generally started to open up and cracka smile now and then. When he's fully opened up he will give gentle smiles and his eyes will be warm and caring.

Though he tends to be a bit more friendly to students and Co-workers. Around children he generally drops his cold demanor and turns gentle.

Reaction: To be scarred out of there wits or to not even go near him. Most will whisper to others 'he's bad news' or 'stay away from him'. These of course would change when they felt his deathly aura.
Reputation: Makai is known to have a bad reputation around town. Many rumours have been going around about him being 'evil incarnate'. He's a typical bad boy when he wants to be and most know it.
History: Makai was born in italy born into the Kasai family. A Mafia family that was apart of an even bigger family. The Kasai family at the time of makai's birth was the 5th strongest family in the Aquila (Eagle) family. The Aquila at the time was the strongest Mafia family with many beneath it.
The Kasia mafia branch was a mafia branch that specialised in the use of Illusions.
makai at the age of 1 began to learn how to read, write, talk and walk. By age of 2 he could read and write at a teenage level and do msot things 10 year olds could. Unlike the rest of his family Makai excelled in the art of Illusions.
At the age of 14 makai was the heir to the kasai family. he had brought them up from the 5th strongest to the 1st strongest wtih the Aquila family the main family top of them.
For some odd reason Makai bonded with a large scythe he found one day. none knew were it came from it seemed to just randomly appear. Makai trained in his illusions to a point he can even make them real.
Thought at the age of 20 makai left italy for japan he had enough of the Mafia life and wanted to live as a music teacher.
Other Information/More history:
From a young age Makai developed a sort of uncontrollable lust for blood. At the site of blood his senses over load and he completely changes. His lust for blood is so great he will even go to hieght to attack another person and drink their blood from them.
he has abnormal canines that he can increase or decrease their size at will enough to pierce someones skin. He is sometimes mistaken for the mythical creature a vampire from time to time when he drinks anothers blood.
For some reason when it comes to drinking blood he is affected by people who are unhappy, stressed, shy or negative. by drinking their blood he reverses it making them the opposite. Happy, calm, out going and positive. But yet he is also affected by those four as well happiness, calm, out going or positive. Making him very different from other Neko's.

RP Sample: Makai was walking down the streets hands in his pockets. His scythe over his right shoulder and a guitar case over his other. He looked up at scaring some people walking by. His cold stone eyes seemed to scar most off, or it was his scythe or the deathly aura that hung around him.
Makai walked across the streets without a care. walking into the park he grabbed his guitar case and pulled out a classic guitar. Sitting underneath a shaded tree he placed his scythe on the ground and started to play a gentle song. he closed his eyes and simply played ignoring everyone around him.
Makai stopped playing and looked into the sky watching the clouds. His features softened as his ears twitched, "It would be nice to be a cloud." Packing up his guitar and throwing the case over his shoulder along with his scythe he walked off heading back home.
